* Anatomy of Internet :-

It refers to the study of structure of the internet.

measure components of Internet are as follow

1. Internet services :-

Internet is the combination of many databases and networks along with the services. the measure services offer on the internet are as follow.

a. email.

b. mailing list.

c. FTP (file transfer protocol).

d. news group.

e. WWW (world wide web).

2. Element of internet :-

It consist of client, server, node and network.

a. Client :- there are the computer that request information from server.

b. Server :- to provide data to multiple client computer simultaneously.

c. Node :- it is a generic term or general term used to describe client, server or network.

d. Network :- they are composed of one or more server computer and multiple client PC.

3.URL :- It stands for uniform resources locator. They are the unic address of the internet resources.
An URL is decided into four parts.
a.Transfer protocol.
b. Server name.
c. Directory path.
d. File length.

4. IP :- It stands for internet protocol. It is the method by which data is sent from one computer to another over the network. Each computer in a network as a uic IP address.
